1. Any graduate or post-graduate to expand the agency network and enhance productivity by developing and implementing necessary strategies.
2. Candidates with a minimum experience of 5 to 10 years and with strong leadership and people management skills.
3. Candidates should foster a performance-driven culture that enhances productivity, accountability, and collaboration through regular performance reviews and incentives.
4. To identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent growth in premium collections and oversee recruitment, training, and development of high-performing on-roll teams.
5. To lead, mentor, and motivate a team of agency managers and agents to achieve individual and branch-level goals.
6. To build and strengthen relationships with agents, ensuring consistent recruitment and retention of top talent.
