Roles & Responsibilities

1. Any graduate or post-graduate to respond to customer inquiries and provide complete information about products and services.
2. Candidates with a minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in related fields carrying similar responsibilities.
3. Candidates who can respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with appropriate solutions.
4. To make outbound calls to customers to promote products and services, or follow up on recent purchases
5. To keep records of all customer interactions and transactions, updating customer information in a database as necessary.
6. To continuously improve product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
7. To stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a working knowledge of competitor offerings
8. To follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data security.
9. To participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
10. To adhere to schedules and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
